因為.......因為我太懶吧，都在做其他東西。中學的生活真的很「充實」，很多東西要做。我也很累啊!

╭WATCHING OLYMPIC TORCH RELAY╮

On the second of May， I go to watch the Olympic Torch Relay in Shing Mun River with my family and my classmates.

When we get there, all the people were wearing red clothes. There were some people holding red flags. It was crowded there. We stood near the Shing Mun River and waited for the relay.

At a quarter past one, we could watch a torchbearer holding a olympic torch in a dragon boat. All the people shouted at that time.

I hope Beijing can have a wonderful Olympic.

P.S : Miss. Leung , did you go to watch the Olympic Torch Relay?

湖北50歲獨腳爸爸高潤林

今天，我看見一則新聞，令我十分感動……

新聞是這樣的：「我不能讓小兒子埋怨我，說我沒有供他念書… …」為讓成績優異的兒子繼續升學，湖北50歲獨腳爸爸高潤林，無懼艱辛，每天背負30磅重的沙包，撐枴杖，以左腳上下8萬多梯級，從工地運送沙包至武當山上。

一位獨腳爸爸，為了兒子，無懼艱辛，竟然這樣做！就算我兩腳健全，上下8萬多梯級，也累死了！何況是一個獨腳人士！我覺得這位獨腳爸爸很偉大，為了兒子，付出一番努力，付出無私的愛！我是這位爸爸的話，我想我不會這樣做，那多辛苦啊！

我的爸爸也一樣。為了我讀書，每天努力工作。無論日曬雨淋，爸爸也要上班派遞信件。為了我們一家，他付出了最大的努力，賺錢養活我們，成為一家的支柱。我多謝爸爸一直賺錢工作，我長大後，一定會好好報答他！

我對周一嶽決定停課的意見

食物及衛生局局長周一嶽在晚上十時十五分中環花園道美利大廈七樓政府新聞處新聞會議室舉行緊急記者會。周一嶽表示，決定全港幼稚園及幼兒園，小學，特殊學校明日開始提早放復活節假期，為期兩星期。

我認為在晚上十時宣佈是太晚了，因為部分學生已睡著了，第二天早上可能不知道這個消息。還有，學校沒有準備放復活節假，也沒有給學生功課。在四月考試中，也被迫減少考試範圍的內容，學生也沒有很多課堂，學少了很多東西。

我認為周一嶽先生應該給學生多上學一天，讓老師和學生有充份的準備。

Last week, I went to Hilltop Country Club with my family because my father's students had a party there.

I went there to play table-tennis and badminton. Next, we played football. I was enjoyable to play there. We also play hide and seek there. It was fun. Then, we had dinner there. The food was delicous and cheap!

That was fun! I hope I can go there again!

游泳的經歷

小時候的我便患上哮喘，身體較一般小朋友差。常常生病,醫生建議我去參加游泳，希望能夠使我的身體更加強壯。
於是，媽媽透過朋友、報章……的介紹下，找到「巨鯨游泳會」，讓我學習游泳。
一開始參加游泳班時，首先學習做自由式的腳部練習，要不停地踢腳。接著，又要做自由式的手部練習，不停地游了又游。在教練悉心的教導下，我在第一次考試裏，升上橙帽呢！
升上橙帽後，就要在考試中游自由式二十五米才及格。於是，我不停地練習自由式。有一次，要游自由式到紅旗，在途中時，我感到呼吸很困難，喝了幾次水。最後，雖然通過考試，升上黃帽！回家後，我跟媽媽說:「我不游泳了，習游很辛苦。」媽媽勉勵我，不能因為遇到小小困難就放棄。於是我便打消了這個念頭了。
升上黃帽後，練習也比較辛苦，但是我依然相信，沒有東西是沒可能的，憑著這份力量，我努力練習游泳。雖然到了最後，我未能通過考試，但是「經一事，長一智」，我會盡力改善我的缺點，努力地練習，我相信我會在下次考試中成功的！
在泳會裏，我學會不少東西，使我獲益良多，而且身體也強壯起來，病痛也少了。感謝各位教練，悉心地教導我；感謝媽媽，讓我學習游泳；感謝家人，一直在我身邊鼓勵我！從今以後，我會更加努力練習游泳，鍛鍊良好體魄，不會令你們失望！

Long time ago. There is a girl who named Connie. Connie was a poor girl. She didn't have much money.If she have some money, she will gave most of them to other poor people. The angel knew the things about Connie, the angel thought Connie was a very helpful girl so the angel went to help Connie. One Night, the angelcame to Connie's house and gave her a lot of money. But Connie didn't greedy with the money. She gave some of the money to charity and gave someof them to the poor people.Connie and the poor people live happily forever!

我最敬佩／喜愛的運動員

昨天，爸爸給我說了看了一個網站內介紹的一位名人。我看了過後，對這位名人肅然起敬，她就是桑蘭。
桑蘭年幼時已獲得不少體操獎項，成績驕人。一九九二年，桑蘭被正式選入國家隊。十七歲的桑蘭前途一片光明，她當時正積極練習一些高難度跳馬動作。可是她在七月二十一日傍晚練習跳馬時失手跌倒，頭部著地，頸椎神經嚴重受傷，導致桑蘭的下半身癱瘓。她並沒有因此放棄，還在北京大學新聞與傳播學院畢業，現為北京奧運宣傳大使及奧運官方網站的特約記者。
我覺得我比桑蘭更加不如，我雖擁有健全的身體，卻沒有那頑強的鬥志，所以我們應該向她好好學習。
我亦到桑蘭的網誌，看到她受傷後的生活，她的態度。我認為桑蘭是一個積極樂觀的人。我相信人受了這樣大的打擊，要再爬起來是很難的，但是桑蘭沒有自怨自艾，虛度光陰，反而繼續努力學習。如果我像她般癱瘓，我不知不覺會想到「放棄」，因為我覺得十分困難。
我希望桑蘭能夠再次走路，開開心心地活過更燦爛的明天！

Go to Tai Tong Lychee Valley

Yesterday was my school picnic. We went to Tai Tong Lychee Valley.
First,we went to the lotus pond. The lotus is very beautiful! I like it very much! Next, we went to meadow to play badminton. After that, we went to Climbing Net. Then we had lunch.

After lunch time, we went to Horse Stable. There are many horses. We touched the horse and took photos with them. Then we went to Butterfly Exhibition Room. That room had a lot of butterfly exhibition. They were very colourful! Next, we went to Bat Cave. My classmates yelled because it was dark in the Cave.
Lastly, we went to the exit and went back school.

KEY ENGLISH TEST (KET)

17November, I have my Key English Test (Speaking) in British Council.I was worried. I hope I can get a good mark in this test. Oh, my god!! I had the speaking test with a girl that from Singapore. When the test began, I smile to the examiner and my partner. Luckily, I have done my best!

I hope I can get a good mark in this test!^^
